Visa rejection
If your visa application is rejected by the government, we refund our service fee in full and initiate it within 24 hours of the rejection. Government fees are non-refundable — once an application is submitted, the government keeps its fee regardless of the outcome, so we're unable to return that portion.
Cancellation before submission
If you cancel before we submit your application to the government portal, you'll receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee — nothing has been paid to the government yet. Contact support@fast2world.com to cancel.
Cancellation after submission
Once your application has been submitted to the government portal, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund for the government fee. Our service fee will be refunded upon request.
How to request a refund
Email support@fast2world.com with your application ID (e.g. VF-2841). Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
