Service description

Fast2World is a visa application assistance service. We help US citizens apply for e-visas and electronic travel authorizations by submitting applications to government portals on your behalf. We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval — final decisions are made by the destination country's immigration authority.

Pricing and payment

Our prices include the government visa fee and our service fee, both clearly displayed before payment. Payment is collected at the time of application submission. All prices are in US dollars. Government fees are subject to change by the issuing authority — we will notify you of any changes before processing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your visa application. Your name, date of birth, and passport number must match your passport exactly. Providing false information may result in visa rejection and you may not be eligible for a refund in cases of deliberate misrepresentation.

Refund policy

If your visa is rejected, we refund our service fee in full. Government fees are non-refundable — once an application is submitted, the issuing authority keeps its fee regardless of the outcome. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If you cancel before we submit your application to the government portal, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.

Processing times

Estimated processing times are provided in good faith based on typical government processing speeds. Actual processing times may vary and are ultimately determined by the destination country's immigration authority. Fast2World is not responsible for delays caused by government processing backlogs, holidays, or system outages.

Limitation of liability

Fast2World's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service. We are not responsible for any indirect damages, including but not limited to missed flights, hotel cancellations, or other travel-related losses resulting from visa delays or rejections.
